zscore()Asked in screens shaped like: Jane Street, Citadel
Standardize x with population mean and std: (x - mean) / std. Return a list rounded to 4 decimals. If std is 0, return zeros.

Constraints
- 1 <= n <= 10**5, where n is the length of the input
- Input is non-empty
